Oodles & Oodles of After School Phun

“Changing the world one game at a time”

After school programming should include these 3 components –

·        Knowledge

·        Novelty

·        Nurture

Activities are not meant to replicate the school day; instead compliment it with new and novel activities that balance content-based learning with a great mix of physical and cognitive fun.

After-school programs should be informal, active and FUN with an emphasis on social growth, team work and development.

When developing a program for children, it is important to have their feedback.  Make sure you allow the students to be a part of the daily development of your program.

Excited, energetic staff is a key to success for your after-school program.

Remember: “Enthusiasm is caught not taught and people go where energy flows”
